What does National Service Network ask of Garages?

As well again simply put – Service and Standards.

We do not expect you to pay large amounts to join the scheme or to agree to purchase vast quantity of products that you don’t need but we do expect you to meet our standards and deliver excellent service every time.

We only want garages in our network who can provide the highest standards of workmanship, premises and exceptional customer service and who will want to work with us to improve the overall standard of customer service in the sector to compete effectively in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

The National Service Network Customer Charter and Quality in Action Standards are practices that any professional garage wanting to compete in today’s market place and adhere to health & safety, legislative requirements will already have in place. We inspect garages on a regular basis and work with our members and customers to ensure standards are met at all times.

We ask that for the work we refer to you, that you use Shell products and Unipart Automotive parts. We will make available to you a system to manage our customers efficiently and we do ask that you adhere to our processes and meet our standards as we in turn have to guarantee our customers uniform standards, products and service levels.

We are working with our garages and our customers every day to help our garages take full advantage the changes in the market place by improving information, equipment and training available to our garages and above all by improving our customers experience when they visit a National Service Network garage so that they come back again and again and generate even more business for us all.
