I've used NSN twice in the last couple of months and have had an excellent experience on both occasions. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the costs were reasonable and solutions required were well explained. Having the car cleaned before it was returned is another excellent touch, and will save me an hour this Sunday! I've been recommending NSN to everyone I know (this is significant as I'm actually more of a young Victor Meldrew type character, always complaining about something...) and will continue to use NSN in future.

Very helpful garage and call centre who pointed out that a fault that was found on my MOT was covered by my warranty, so I just had to take it back to my dealership and it was free. Saved me a lot of money.

I was very happy with the service I received. I had an MOT and reported a wiper blade required replacing. the MOT was completed, car was washed etc. which was much appreciated. And when the wiper arrived, I returned to have it fitted. Excellent!
The experience was amazing compared to what I'm used to (inconveniently drop the car off at a mains dealer, wait around for ages to be served, generally bad customer service, have to leave work early to pick up, pay too much). I only had an MOT.

The level of service I received was first class, unusual in this day and age. The telephone support was excellent and the garage used did a great job on the car. I wish I could remember the name of the person I spoke to, first name Noel but I didn't catch his surname. He was very informative about the work that needed to be undertaken and when I told him I needed the car back on the Friday night for the weekend he arranged for the garage to work late to complete the work. I was genuinely amazed that this level of service still exists. A great job, long may you keep up the standards.
Good service
Loved the convenience and the promptness of the pick up first thing in the morning meant I wasn't absent from work too long and didn't have to take a half day holiday. Greatly appreciated.
