If during the repair we discover that additional work is required we will contact customers for authorisation BEFORE undertaking the work – customers are always fully informed and in total control.

Our network of independent garages in many cases have labour rates that are half those of local franchise garages and we have used our bulk purchasing power to negotiate competitive prices for labour, parts and oil. National Service Network can therefore provide the individual customers of our affinity partners with access to pricing and value added services that have generally only been available to large corporate purchasers.
