National Service Network operates a comprehensive customer care system that allows registered members to submit any issues directly via the web.

All issues are recorded and appointed to an appropriate representative who will progress an issue through to resolution. All issues recorded on the system are monitored and automatically escalated to higher management to ensure any requests are dealt with promptly and professionally.

In addition to our Customer Care System we are continually developing Our Online Facilities to enhance the service we provide to our Customers and our Garage Network.
