Service your car without invalidating its warranty

In 2003 European Union legislation affecting the motoring industry changed the way cars may be serviced and repaired and gave motorists a lot more freedom in their decision as to who should look after their cars. Now motorists can use independent garages to service their cars without invalidating the manufacturer's warranty.

NSN can carry out normal maintenance, servicing and repairs during a vehicle's warranty period without invalidating the vehicle assembler's warranty conditions as long as the service is carried out in accordance with the Vehicle Assembler's servicing schedules and that the parts used are either 'original spare parts' or 'matching quality parts'.

Our menu service schedules normally exceeds most manufacturers service schedules with up to 70+ checks and adjustments and includes the replacement of spark plugs and the air filter as well as changing the engine oil and oil filter. If your vehicle is still within the manufacturer's warranty period then please check that the service chosen meets the manufacturer's service schedule.

NSN use high quality oils and parts which are manufactured to Original Equipment (OE) standard that will not invalidate your manufacturer's warranty. All parts are guaranteed for a minimum 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever is sooner).

We will also stamp your service book after completing any type of service schedule. This will preserve any existing warranty, which later will help with the resale value of your car.
