How it Works
  1. Once the enquiry is received, National Service Network's customer service team will book your vehicle into one of our garages on one of your preferred dates.
  2. We will contact you to confirm all the details of the booking and send an email confirmation
  3. A courtesy driver will collect your car from your home or work at an agreed-upon time
  4. We continue to monitor the work being performed on your vehicle throughout the service or repair and endeavor to keep you fully informed. If any additional work is required, we will contact you for authorisation before starting any additional work - putting you in total control.
  5. Once all of the authorised work has been completed, the customer service team will contact you to confirm that the vehicle is ready for delivery. We then deliver your car back to you at your home or workplace.
  6. You only pay when the work has been completed. This is made to NSN by credit or debit card and we pay the garage. This helps to ensure that the garages carry out the work to our own high standards. All credit/debit cards are pre-authorised the day before your booking
