The Honda Civic, first produced in 1972, has proved very popular world-wide and can boast of being the best-selling car in Canada for the last 11 years. The Civic was initially seen as being compact and efficient, and while this is still true, the direction Honda has taken with the car means that the Civic is now known as much for its speed and handling as anything else.
