Silverstone To Host Jaguar Birthday

The 22 – 24 July will see the Silverstone Classic come to fore and this year the event will serve as the honoured host for the iconic Jaguar E-Type's 50th Birthday celebrations.
Expect to see Jaguar E-Types from across the globe – perhaps as many as 1000 in all - as well as a clutch of special events such as special races, drives through the countryside and even a dinner dance in Shakespeare Country in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
Punters will also get to see the 11th Jaguar E-Type produced, sporting the chassis number 850011 - George Wicken's car which he raced during 1961.
