The Peugeot 306 was in production from 1993 to 2002. It saw one major generational refresh in 1997, which introduced minor stylistic changes across the interior and exterior and improved engine options. Although the 306 was classed as a family car, it enjoyed a reputation for excellent handling and performance, which helped it become a top seller across Europe for Peugeot. However, towards the end of its run the 306's build quality came into question, as did its running costs. In 2001 the Peugeot 307 arrived to replace it. |
