Your annual MOT vehicle check is compulsory for most vehicles more than 3 years old. At this check your registration details are confirmed, and basic safety and system checks are carried out. This is to ensure the road-worthiness of your vehicle. Having a road-worthy car is most important, not just for you but for all road users.

The MOT is not the only check-up your car needs. Regular services are crucial to maintain your car at peak efficiency. Services include brake inspections and oil and filter changes.
